The Wrexham Open is one of one of the biggest opens on the Domestic Fencing Calendar, bringing some of the best fencers from the UK and beyond to Wrexham for two days of highly competitive fencing.

Fencers of all ages and abilities come to the event and with prizes for all top four finishers in each category, as well as Best Cadet and Best Veteran prizes provides a highly competitive competition while also keeping the friendly atmosphere that made this a hugely successful event.

Metalic Pistés are used for all Finals, and referees will be provided for as many as the D.E. Stages as possible (volunteers please).

An armoury will also be available for any running repairs and an equipment stand will also be provided by Leon Paul (we recommend ordering any specific kit in advance to make sure that they have what you want with them!

The famous kitchen will be back (along with the off chance of the occasional fire alarm from the kitchen) serving those Bacon baps that spectators and fencers – you know who you are – just can’t seem to get enough of, there will also be plenty of other food and sugary treats available, along with a constant supply of Water and Lucazades.
