Committee meeting

The intended venue for this year’s Annual General Meeting was Rossett Hall, where it was planned to mix the A.G.M. with the end of season meal. As there are only 60 places available at the end of season meal, it has been decided to change the date and venue of this year’s A.G.M. This will allow more club members to vote on any issues proposed and to vote for any persons that have been proposed for positions within the Wrexham Fencing Club Committee. The A.G.M. will now take place at 19.15 hours (7.15 pm) on Friday 26th June 2009 on Club Night at Ysgol Clywedog. This will allow the meeting to be evenly spread over the junior/ adult sessions. It is important that you turn up to vote. Any decisions made at the A.G.M., will effect the running of the club for next season.
